Shaped by my experiences working in environmental regulation/compliance as well as in applied research and community organizing, I bring a unique perspective to climate adaptation and sustainability management.
Having lived, studied, and worked in different environments with very diverse individuals and groups, I bring people and ideas together for meaningful partnerships and continuously improve on communications and tactical engagement strategies. I am interested in examining the underlying context of climate and sustainability issues to develop solutions through scientific, economic, policy, and management tools and participatory processes. I enjoy writing, especially in synthesizing and crafting technical information into messages and content tailored to suit a specific or diverse audience.
When not sitting at a desk, I make art, take pictures, run in the park, cook vegan food, wander through museums, or blog for The Chromatic Watch. I believe art and design can be powerful ways to help make complex scientific concepts like climate variability and change more personal and tangible, and continually seek opportunities to pave way for these art-science collaborations.
Let's make something happen together.
